Odcdm. Everglades Elegance orchid Blooming Size
by The Orchid Gallery
Oncidium
This is Odcdm. Everglades Elegance 'Nancy Lee' HCC/AOS, an orchid plant, that will put out lovely wine red, mahogany, white and gold colored flowers. This is a clone of the one that was awarded in 1993. The breeding is Oncidium Colon x Odontoglossum bictoniense. The result is a plant that puts out stunning little flowers and lots of them. The awarded one had 101 flowers like the ones pictured. The flowers were small, about 3.5 cm, but just lovely. And so many! Grower's note: These are really big! They are easy to grow, too. Provide bright indirect light and a temperature range of 60 to 85 degrees. Allow to get almost dry, but not quite, between waterings, like a phal. Fertilize twice a month or so. These are blooming size with two or more pseudobulbs. They are freshly repotted in 4 inch plastic pots. The longest leaves are 8 to 10 inches or more and we always ship the largest. They are not in flower at this time. These are likely to flower within 12 months, which is our definition of blooming size. We will ship in the pot. You can buy with confidence. We guarantee customer satisfaction upon delivery.
